With three minutes left in the game, T.J. London ran back an
Odessa High punt 56 yards for a touchdown to give Midland High a
come-from-behind 35-28 win. Less than a minute after
Bulldog quarterback John Burns carried it in from five yards out

and ran 76 yards to tie it 7-7. The Bulldogs took a 14-7 lead in
the second quarter when Burns connected with Nathan Petraitis
from seven yards out. On the ensuing possession, Camacho hit
Byron Monahan on a 71-yard deep out pattern, which tied it
14-14. Camacho then hit Monahan for a second touchdown,
this one from 30 yards to send the Bulldogs to the locker room
with a 21-14 deficit. Camacho hit Daniel Rivas for a
38-yard touchdown in the third quarter to extend the OHS lead to
14. Midland rebounded on two TD passes from Burns - the

a 26-yarder to Petraitis to tie the
game at 28. London would clinch it for the Bulldogs with
the winning punt return.
