Mechein Roche (pronounced Mec E N Roc) originally formed in Odessa, Texas in the 80’s as a touring nightclub ‘copy band’. They would perform at various venues over the next five years. The music group released two studio singles – “Ballerina” and “Fighting For Victory”, recorded in Houston, TX. Distribution was regional, which received marginal AOR airplay on FM radio stations. The original line-up consisted of Terry Alan (vocals), Jim Griffiths (guitars), Ted Harris (bass), and Chase York (drums). Growing pains would see Griffiths replaced by guitarist Carl Drew, and bassist David Null would take over for Harris.
The seasoned musicians have reunited and are poised to unleash their breakout release ‘RockIn This World‘, targeting a national and global audience this time around.
